G&G celebrates International Women’s Day

This year, the company marked the occasion with a heartfelt celebration filled with appreciation, creativity and connection.
On International Women’s Day, G&G celebrated the strength, resilience, and achievements of the incredible women who help drive its success.
“We are immensely proud that women comprise of 70% of our workforce at G&G” said Linda Fan, Vice General Manager of G&G. “Your dedication, creativity, and leadership are pivotal to our success.”
The event began with the women of G&G receiving a specially curated gift package focused on wellness and self-care. Each was also presented with flowers, a heartfelt symbol of gratitude for their dedication, contributions, and impact within the organization, G&G explained.
The highlight of the celebration was a series of engaging DIY workshops, where participants handcrafted calendars, fans, and lamps. The hands-on activities provided a creative and interactive way for employees to unwind, express themselves, and connect with colleagues in a relaxed setting.
G&G added: “To add an element of excitement, participants shared photos of their completed DIY projects on social media, with special rewards given to those who gained the most likes in the shortest time. This friendly challenge brought out the competitive spirit of G&G’s female employees, adding energy and fun to the event.”
Complementing the creative sessions, a spread of pastries and refreshing milk tea was served.
“Thank you to each of you,” Fan shared. “Your energy, creativity, and leadership mean you are amazing women who continue to make our business successful. Your contributions are the cornerstone of our growth, and while we celebrate each of you today, we also do, every day. Happy International Women’s Day!”
