Future Focus: Tallinn to host The Recycler Live

by | Apr 16, 2025

Print in the 2030s takes centre stage as industry gathers in the Estonian capital.

The 2025 edition of The Recycler Live, held in partnership with ETIRA, takes place from 13–15 May at the Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel, bringing together the imaging sector for three days of strategic insight, commercial engagement and celebration.

The main conference, on 14 May, will explore how the printed page is evolving in a smarter, leaner decade ahead. From shifting print habits at home and work to the growing influence of Brussels, the programme promises a future-facing view of the industry’s direction. Two Leading OEMs, Ricoh and Brother will share their perspectives, while market research will examine who is printing, what they are printing—and why.

“The printed page still matters, but not in the way we once thought,” said Stefanie Unland, Editor and Publisher of The Recycler. “This year’s focus is understanding print in the context of hybrid work, shifting user behaviour, and rising sustainability demands.”

A special session will unveil a major new service designed to support remanufacturers in adapting to a value-driven market.

“While we’ve put together a strong and timely programme, We are always open to new ideas and fresh perspectives. If you’ve got research, insights, or a point of view that deserves a platform, please get in touch—I’d love to explore how we can include it,” added Stefanie Unland.

Day three (15 May) is The Recycler Trade Day—a new format offering sponsors, suppliers and remanufacturers a dynamic platform for showcasing products, generating leads and forging new partnerships.

Those arriving early on 13 May are invited to join The Recycler Golf Tournament, a relaxed networking event supported by headline sponsor Zhono.

The evening of 14 May features the conference dinner and The Recycler Awards—a celebration of excellence and innovation in the sector.

The Recycler Live is made possible with the support of headline sponsor Zhono, co-sponsors Biuromax and Static Control Components, and industry partners ETIRA, Altkin, Delacamp, Imex, Everlight – TTI, and Keypoint Intelligence.

With a strong line-up, deep market insight, and a bold look to the future, The Recycler Live in Tallinn is shaping up to be the year’s essential event for the imaging sector.

While we’ve assembled a fantastic programme, we always welcome fresh perspectives. If you have insights to share, research to present, or a unique angle on the future of print, we’d love to hear from you—just get in touch.
