FUJIFILM MicroChannel acquires parts of DXC Technology in Oceania

FUJIFILM MicroChannel Services Pty Ltd (FUJIFILM MicroChannel), an ERP and IT solutions provider in Oceania and a subsidiary of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. (FUJIFILM Business Innovation), has acquired the small to mid-sized Business (SMB) Practices of DXC Technology in Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and Fiji).
The acquired SMB practices encompass six solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP Business One. The acquisition will strengthen FUJIFILM MicroChannel’s Oceania SMB business sales and implementation while fueling continued growth through the region.
The Oceania IT market is predicted to expand, driven by strong growth in small and mid-sized businesses and corporate divisions. This acquisition bolsters FUJIFILM MicroChannel’s ability to continue to provide superior solutions and services, meet growing market needs across the region, and empower customers on their digital transformation (DX) journey.
