FTG kicks off 2022 with leadership conference

Flex Technology Group hosted the FTG 2022 “Nothing Can Stop Us” Kick-Off Meeting to celebrate the accomplishments of 2021 and announce the vision 2022.
Flex Technology Group (FTG) hosted their 2022 FTG Kick-Off Meeting where leaders and key players from across the country joined to celebrate the achievements of the previous year and strategise for what is to come in 2022.
“2021 was an incredible year for plenty of reasons, but there’s one point I feel needs to be emphasised today,” said Frank Gaspari, CEO of Flex Technology Group. “Despite the challenging circumstances thrown our way over the past couple of years, FTG has proved to be nothing short of unstoppable. Our strength comes from our ability to turn challenges into opportunities. This success continues to be a direct result of our extraordinary people and I’m confident that with our collective teams working together, we’re positioned to accelerate our progress in 2022 and beyond.”
The 2022 FTG Leadership Conference concluded with the announcement of 2021’s top four FTG company performances.
FlexPrint was the recipient of the 2021 FTG Chairman’s Cup. The team grew the business by adding a series of national accounts to their already impressive portfolio and achieved the remarkable feat of retaining 100% of their customers in 2021. The celebrated Tiffany’s cup will now be showcased at its corporate headquarters in Mesa, Arizona, the company commented.
CBE Office Solutions was honoured to receive the President’s Cup in recognition of a truly outstanding performance this past year. CBE continues to improve year after year since their partnership with FTG, with their best performance ever in 2021.
ProCopy received recognition as one of the most consistently high-performing companies in the FTG family with the inaugural Founders Cup. Year after year, the ProCopy team surpasses their previous annual revenue results with continual margin improvements.
FTG of Greater Ohio (FTG-GO) received special recognition for their improvements in all key areas of their business.
In addition to these FTG company acknowledgments, 27 “unstoppable employees” from across the country were recognised for their outstanding efforts in helping FTG excel in 2021, the company said.
