FTG’s contribution enhances educational opportunities for students and fosters future leaders in Arizona’s underserved communities.
In May, Flex Technology Group, (FTG) made a contribution of $10,000 (€9,321) to Catholic Education Arizona, an IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation dedicated to providing scholarships to underserved children.
“Supporting Catholic Education Arizona allows us to contribute to the education of future leaders and transform lives in the communities we serve,” said Karen Roscher, Chief Financial Officer at Flex Technology Group. “We’re honoured to help provide opportunities for students who may not otherwise have access to quality education.”
Catholic Education Arizona has a strong track record of transforming lives through education. In their 25-year history, they have awarded 153,000 tuition scholarships and raised $338 million (€315 million). Their 2023 Impact Report highlights distributing $429,998 (€400,837) in tuition scholarships to 147 eligible students, including those in the Arizona Foster Care System.
FTG’s contribution will aid in furthering the mission of Catholic Education Arizona to serve society and transform culture by providing educational opportunities to underserved children.
Flex Technology Group values its workplace community and commitment to broader social impact. Beyond its corporate-led community initiatives, the company offers its employees a donation matching programme and paid volunteer time off to support any 501(c)(3) organisation of their choice. These programmes, the company explained, help FTG to enhance community partnerships, foster a culture of giving, and build lasting relationships in the communities where we live and work.
