FTG appoints new CFO

Experienced Financial Executive Karen Roscher joins Flex Technology Group’s Executive Management Team as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Flex Technology Group (FTG) revealed the newest addition to its executive leadership team. Karen Roscher will join FTG as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective 17 February 2020.
Roscher joins FTG from Bibliotheca Group, a global library systems and solution provider, where she served as Chief Financial Officer since 2016. Previously, Roscher was Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Lantiq, a fabless semiconductor firm focused on wireline communication. Prior to that, she held Chief Financial Officer roles at Welch Allyn, a global medical device manufacturer, and Conexant Systems, a fabless semiconductor firm focused on telecommunications.
