Flex Technology Group celebrates landmark year

Flex Technology Group (FlexTG) marked another year of record-breaking success at its annual leadership conference held 27 February 2025, at Wynn Vegas Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The full-day event, hosted under the theme “Raising the Stakes,” brought together FlexTG’s member companies, corporate staff members and industry experts to celebrate the company’s strong performance in 2024 and the presentation of company awards.
The company’s founder and CEO, Frank Gaspari, kicked off the event with an overview of FlexTG’s expansion, growing an impressive tenfold in just nine years, and highlighting the important contribution of colleagues, partners and dedicated employees that made it possible.
FlexTG’s record-breaking success in 2024 was marked by a 97% client retention rate across its 31,000+ coast-to-coast customers and the addition of nearly 2,000 new customers to its growing base. These new accounts include prominent enterprise organisations, top-tier hospitals and leading companies across every vertical market.
Mike Martos, FlexTG’s VP of service, shared the company’s recent service achievements: More than 330,000 assets from 37 vendors were serviced across 27,000 ZIP codes, hitting a new high for the company in 2024.
“It was an exceptional year in 2024 for FlexTG, and our momentum is more powerful than ever right now,” said Gaspari. “As we kick off 2025, we remain focused on delivering world-class solutions for our clients, supporting and appreciating our employees and exceeding expectations at every level.”
Awards presented during the event to recognise the achievements of FlexTG companies and staff included:
- Founder’s Award: Karen Roscher, CFO, FlexTG
- President’s Cup: FlexTG OG (FlexPrint, ProCopy, Action Imaging Group)
- Chairman’s Cup: FTG East (Flo-Tech)
- Sales Rep of the Year: Matt Charbonneau, vice president of sales at Flo-Tech
- DEI Champion of the Year: Camille Dawoud, manager, client account management, FlexTG
- 27 “Above and Beyond” awards went to individuals working at various FTG companies
