Xerox eConcierge, the popular supply service, will cease operations soon. Customers are urged to finalise transactions and access records.
Xerox eConcierge programme users have a short window to access their accounts, as the programme is rapidly closing, with less than 10 days remaining. Xerox had previously announced the discontinuation of this service, set to finalise on 31 December 2023. As of now, existing customers can access their accounts only until 31 January 2024.
The eConcierge programme, known for its convenience in managing and ordering supplies for Xerox printers, was a popular service among its users. It provided automatic supply monitoring and ordering, as well as free service repair for Xerox printers, streamlining the maintenance of office equipment. This programme was part of Xerox’s broader offerings to enhance office workflow and reduce administrative burdens.
