Expert Laser Services merges with ABS

Expert Laser Services, Inc will become part of the Automated Business Solutions (ABS) family.
Automated Business Solutions, a provider of office productivity solutions, including Office Equipment, IT infrastructure, IT support, and document management solutions, today announced that they have acquired Expert Laser Services, a Print Management company with main offices located in Southbridge, Massachusetts.

Our mutual clients will be able to access more comprehensive solutions, delivered by the same familiar people and with the same high-quality standards they have come to expect and deserve!” stated Nicole Albergaria, President of Automated Business Solutions.

Carpentier, President of Expert Laser Services, Inc. shared his enthusiasm for the merger of the two companies and cultures. “This merger represents a pooling of the expertise of two office solution firms, in an effort to develop and produce a superior line of products and services to fit the needs for companies of any size.

Expert Laser Services, Inc. established in 1990 by Luke Carpentier and has grown to become one of the largest managed print providers in New England and South Carolina. With offerings of print management, laser printers, copiers, faxes, and scanners, Expert Laser became a full-service office equipment and management company. Expert Laser Services, Inc. merged with Page After Page in 2015, increasing in service, size, and scope of services.
Automated Business Solutions was founded in 1992 by Alan Albergaria and Robert Maceroni and is currently being led by Nicole Albergaria. Since their inception, the company has grown while maintaining the same personalised service. Today, ABS has a staff of over 60 employees, which includes 17 professionally trained technicians. ABS’ s client base has grown to over 4,000, covering a wide array of industries and sizes.
