Excess Toner Buyers calls creditors meeting

A notice has been given for a meeting of the creditors of Excess Toner Buyer Ltd., of Leeds, England.
The virtual meeting, to be held via a telephone conferencing platform, has been called by company Director Matthew Popplewell, in accordance with resolutions passed by the Board relating to the company’s Corporate Insolvency.
The meeting will taking place at 4:15 PM on the 4th of April, and will be preceded by a meeting of shareholders which will consider a resolution for a voluntary winding up of the company.
Any creditors entitled to vote, either in person or by proxy, must provide a written statement of claim, or proof, setting out their name, address, and amount claimed, by 4pm on the business day prior to the meeting. Any proxies must be lodged with the convenor before they can be used.
Secured creditors are required to give the particulars of their security, the date it was given and the estimation of its assessed value, unless they surrender their security.
Resolutions at the creditors’ meeting might include the appointment of a liquidator, and the terms on which they are to be remunerated, as well as information on the costs of preparing the statement of affairs.
A list of names and addresses of Excess Toner Buyer’s creditors will be available to inspect and view at Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Leeds on the two business days preceding the meeting.
