Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Printelogy, Inc. doing business as EverWorx, a nationwide Managed Print Services (MPS) Provider, and its owners Jordan Darragh and Kent Darragh, on the sale of capital stock to Scott Schnabel.
Mike Dudek through his Law Office of Mike Dudek also served as the attorney on this transaction for EverWorx, and Jordan and Kent Darragh.
EverWorx, the dba for Printelogy, Inc. which is an S-Corp founded in 2011 as a start-up, was owned by Jordan Darragh and his business partner Kent Darragh. In 2014, EverWorx merged with Printelogy, Inc.
EverWorx is headquartered in Denver Colorado and provides Managed Print Services (MPS) to customers on a national scale, serving major customer accounts throughout the United States.
EverWorx’s vendor partners are Xerox, HP, Lexmark and OKI as follows:
- Xerox – authorised on full Xerox business line and light production
- HP – Amplify partner with full managed and transactional lines
- Lexmark – BSD partner with full MFP and printer product line
- OKI North American Distributor of full product line
Scott Schnabel has 28 years of office equipment and technology services experience and has held executive positions with a number of office equipment and technology services providers, including President at Frontier Business Products, Vice-President of Sales at Centric Business Systems, President of RITE Technology, and Sales Manager at Connecticut Business Systems.
