Epson showcases commitment to partners

Oct 11, 2018 | 0 comments

The OEM has explained that it has been demonstrating its commitment to the channel through Gold Sponsorship of this year’s Canalys Channels Forum.

The event will see Epson take part in a series of roundtables, panel discussions and speaker slots, as well as showcase its business products and solutions.

Adrian Clark, Vice President, Epson Europe said, “We’re committed to an indirect sales model, placing our channel partners at the heart of our business.  As part of this, we look to support their success and growth alongside our own and have invested to better assist them in the sales process.

“We’ve long believed that business inkjet is the future for business print and the market is now reflecting that belief too, with business inkjet now accounting for 30 percent of business print.  Business inkjet is surpassing other technologies, in terms of performance and efficiency, delivering real financial, environmental and societal benefits”.

With cost saving opportunities of up to 50 percent, along with reduced maintenance requirements, reduce waste production and reduced power consumption, when compared to laser printers, Epson says its business inkjet products offer a superior alternative to outdated laser technology.  And having secured a 38 percent share of the Western Europe business inkjet market during 2017, Epson explains the OEM now has ambitions sales target for its self and its channel partners.
