Epson announced changes of representative director, executive personnel and change of new president.
Seiko Epson Corporation announced that a meeting of its board of directors had approved a change of representative director and the appointment of a new president.
Yasunori Ogawa’s role has now changed to Chairman and Director and Junkichi Yoshida has been selected as President and Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Epson also announced that its board of directors has approved executive officer changes effective 1 April 2025, and provisionally approved changes to its board of directors that are subject to final approval at the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for 26 June 2025. These changes include some retirements, as well as some role changes.
These executive officer changes are intended to accelerate the execution of the initiatives under the Epson 25 Renewed corporate vision and to establish a framework for the next strategic corporate vision currently being formulated.
