EDGE Business Systems completes acquisition

The company has announced the completion of the acquisition of the Georgia divison of Advanced Business Solutions.
As IndustryAnalysts explains, Advanced Business Solutions is a 15-year-old privately owned office equipment dealer, specialising in providing companies in Georgia with Xerox, OKI and HP solutions.
Through the acquisition of Advanced Business Solutions, EDGE is expanding into the “metro Atlanta area and west Georgia.”
“As we have experienced tremendous organic growth, we are excited with this opportunity to continue expanding throughout Georgia,” said Rich Simons, EDGE Co-Founder. “We understand that organisations enjoy working with locally owned companies and look forward to our new customers experiencing the same great service that our existing customers have enjoyed.”
