ECS looks back on a victorious Remanexpo
February 6, 2019
The British company has been celebrating double award success at another thriving Paperworld trade show.
2019 saw Remanexpo, a long-standing part of the annual Paperworld show, change location, moving from Hall 6.0 of Messe Frankfurt to Hall 5.1, with the new location receiving multiple positive comments from exhibitors and visitors alike.
Among the over 120 exhibitors in attendance in Frankfurt was British remanufacturer ECS (Effective Consumable Solutions), which enjoyed a particularly successful four days, receiving two honours at The Recycler Awards 2019.
Beating off tough competition to be crowned Remanufacturer of the Year, the company then added to this with the Rising Star Award, bestowed upon the firm’s Jack Anderson.
The company said it was “ecstatic” with its victory, with Director Felicity Rabbitte explaining: “We couldn’t have done this without a huge effort throughout the year from every single person involved with ECS in every single department. Our Partners, customers and authorised distributors also made this possible – we couldn’t have done it without them.”
Managing Director Chris Fink added that it was “proof of recognition” of the company’s remanufactured products, which he said were “without doubt the best on the market, in every aspect.”
The company also highlighted the importance of their annual visit to Paperworld and why the exhibition is so important to their success. Operations Director Adam Lighton said “Paperworld allows us to meet face-to-face with many Partners and distributors from around the world. It’s also a great platform to share and discuss ideas and plans for the future, particularly heading into the uncertainty of Brexit.”
Thousands of visitors from across the industry and from around the world made their way to Hall 5.1 from 26-29 January, for a trade show described by various exhibitors as “fantastic,” “exciting,” and “full of opportunities.”
“We are delighted with the large number of exhibitors,” explained Stephan Kurzawski, Senior Vice President, Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, who said that the staggering attendance “proves that Paperworld is the world’s most important trade fair for the paper, office supplies and stationery sector.”
In 2020, Remanexpo will be on the move once again, taking up residency in Messe Frankfurt’s Hall 6.1 from 25-28 January. If you are interested in exhibiting, and taking advantage of the many benefits that can bring to you and your company, click here to register your interest and find out more.
