ECI Software Solutions announced that eight of its products have received a 2025 Top Rated Award from TrustRadius, a leading platform for independent business technology reviews.
ECI’s honoured products include a total of five enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions: JobBOSS2, M1, and Ridder iQ for manufacturers; e-automate for the imaging industry; and Red Falcon for office suppliers. They were joined by the EvolutionX ecommerce platform, JumpTrack last-mile delivery software, and Printanista printer management solution to complete the full slate of honourees.
This year’s success builds on the company’s four 2024 Top Rated Awards, with JobBOSS2, Ridder iQ, EvolutionX, and JumpTrack all winning for a second consecutive year.
TrustRadius awards are based entirely on customer feedback within the last year, ensuring that winners reflect current user sentiment and satisfaction. Product scores are based on a weighted average of reviews and ratings, rather than a simple average, which can tell an incomplete and misleading story. To qualify for a Top Rated award, a product must have at least 10 recent reviews, a trScore of 7.5 or higher, and capture a minimum of 0.5% of category traffic.
