ECI Software Solutions launches new advanced integration

ECI’s e-automate and Printanista integration is a connection between an ERP and remote device monitoring system for advanced data sharing and improved workflow efficiency.
ECI Software Solutions announced new advanced integration capabilities between e-automate, its all-in-one enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution for the office technology industry, and Printanista, its device management technology for remote monitoring of printer fleets. ECI said that the integration delivers unprecedented workflow optimisation for office equipment dealers.
Available now for cloud-hosted customers and in May for self-hosted and on-premises customers, e-automate provides real-time, granular device data directly from Printanista’s remote data collection, giving ERP users a detailed view of their customers’ equipment supplies data—all in one place. The connected applications are set up with advanced information sharing to enhance their existing API integrations that enable seamless meter reporting and device alert-to-service call workflows.
Paired with Printanista’s alerting intelligence that consolidates a variety of toner-level thresholds to facilitate bulk toner shipments, office equipment dealers can significantly reduce shipping costs, ECI explained.
