Founded 25 years ago, ECI began as an ecommerce company selling office supplies to online buyers but identified the opportunity to better serve its customers by expanding into business management technology. From the onset, the focus had been on building solutions to enable small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to improve workflows and streamline operations.
