ECI announces new alliance with Pros Elite Group

Pros Elite’s PIVOT analytics platform will help ECI’s e-automate users unlock data-backed business decision-making opportunities to achieve operational improvements, growth and profitability
ECI Software Services announced a new strategic alliance with Pros Elite Group, an operations, sales and analytics software provider, to empower office technology small- and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) with greater analytical capabilities. SMBs using e-automate, ECI’s all-in-one managed print service software, can now leverage PIVOT, an integrated business analytics platform from Pros Elite.
This will allow SMBs to evaluate large sets of data from e-automate’s secure, cloud-hosted system, and generate actionable steps that enable them to identify potential avenues for maximising growth and profitability.
This agreement leverages existing support for PIVOT data-sharing within self-hosted e-automate instances and expands it to now include cloud-hosted e-automate environments.

ECI explained that several e-automate customers, like DEX Imaging, are already using PIVOT to enhance their integrated business analytics.
