ECI and Clover launch PSN integration

DDMSPLUS users can now leverage Clover to streamline invoice processes and offer advanced shipping notices.
ECI Software Solutions announced a new Private Supply Network (PSN) integration with Clover Imaging Group for users of ECI’s DDMSPLUS cloud-based ERP software. As a result, office products dealers leveraging DDMSPLUS will be offered purchase order transmission, validation and acknowledgement, advanced shipping notices and electronic invoicing through Clover, all of which will significantly improve process efficiencies that drive sales, ECI explained.
DDMSPLUS is a business management solution designed specifically for independent office product dealers. With its integrated cloud capabilities, DDMSPLUS enables dealers to manage complex product lines and services from any device, anywhere, at any time. By streamlining operations through a single, holistic product distribution system, users can increase sales and margins, reduce inventory, and improve cash flow and ecommerce activity to grow their businesses, according to ECI.
With this new integration, DDMSPLUS customers will also be provided with a new, paperless solution that can streamline invoice processing and accounts payable with automatic data updates, reduce overhead by eliminating hours spent manually matching and posting invoices, enhance reporting of exceptions and processes for marking which have been viewed and approved, minimise data entry errors and provide more accurate shipping quantities and shipping tracking numbers through simplified package tracking.
