The company’s customer numbers rise as the company signs on 10,000th cloud customer.
DocuWare announced a significant milestone. This month the company celebrated its 10,000th global cloud customer which means it has doubled its cloud customers in just under three years.
With the cloud computing market projected to be valued at USD2,292.59 billion by 2032, DocuWare is well positioned as a key player. Company President, Dr. Michael Berger, commented, “It is important to us that we provide the best cloud services to our customers. The fact that 10,000 customers have entrusted us with the digital transformation of their business, proves that our product strategy is in line with the market. Ours is a product strategy founded on providing ease of use products and a commitment to great service and innovation.”
DocuWare has been offering its cloud-based ECM for 12 years. Its cloud revenue grew in fiscal year 2023 resulting in a 47% increase YoY, which aligns with the increasing global demand. Currently almost 90% of new DocuWare customers opt for the cloud over an on-premises deployment. DocuWare Cloud systems are sold in over 100 countries, supported by four global data centres and available in 24 languages.
The company said that it is committed to developing its innovative technology solutions and last year announced it will invest an additional €15 million ($16.26 million) over the next two and a half years to secure its position as a leading software company facilitating digital transformation for businesses worldwide. DocuWare said it will unveil its strategic product direction at its global DocuWorld Partner conferences in Berlin, Germany; Houston, Texas; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this year.
