DOCUmation acquires Popsmart Technologies assests

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Popsmart Technologies, LLC and its owner Reed Melnick on the sale of assets to Documation of DFW, Inc.
Mike Dudek, through his Law Office of Mike Dudek also served as the attorney on this transaction for Popsmart Technologies and its owner Reed Melnick.
PopSmart Technologies, LLC was owned and operated by Reed Melnick. Mr. Melnick had owned and operated Popsmart for six years, after purchasing a business named Pinnacle Office Group which coincidentally Mike Dudek, Zygoquest Group had represented for sale to Reed Melnick. PopSmart Technologies is an authorised Kyocera, Riso and KIP dealer which conducts business in Dallas, Texas Valley, Houston and Waco.
The sale of Popsmart does not include a dealership owned by Reed Melnick in Mexico which is an authorised Kyocera dealer.
DOCUmation is one of the largest privately held technology solutions company in Texas. The acquisition of Popsmart builds DOCUmation’s presence across Texas and underscores its commitment to providing innovative technology solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Popsmart complements DOCUmation’s robust portfolio of managed services, including print, IT services, and document management solutions, the companies said.
