Doceo and W.B. Mason aquire Landis Office Center

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Landis Office Center, Inc and its owners Richard McKenzie, Jeff McKenzie, Todd McKenzie, Georgene McKenzie, and Lori Stafford on the sale.

The copier and printer sales and service assets were acquired by Doceo. The office supplies, janitorial/sanitation (Jan/San), furniture, and toner business assets were sold to W.B. Mason.

Landis Office Center, Inc., headquartered in Cumberland, Maryland, was owned and operated by Richard McKenzie, Jeff McKenzie, Todd McKenzie, Georgene McKenzie, and Lori Stafford.  Landis Office Center, founded in 1964, was an authorised Toshiba and Lexmark dealer and sold and serviced office equipment, as well as office supplies, Jan/San, supplies and office furniture through Essendant and other major manufacturers to customers throughout Northwest Maryland, Northeast West Virginia, and Southwest Pennsylvania.
