March 3, 2021
The company announced the acquisition of Bull’s Office Systems in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Bull’s Office Systems has been servicing customers in Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma with digital copiers and document management solutions for over 28 years. The company offers a wide variety of monochrome copiers, colour copiers, wide formats, and desktop printers from leading manufacturers like Konica Minolta and Canon.
“We’re extremely excited to open our doors here in Fort Smith to best service organisations in this area. We’ve been ‘All In’ in Arkansas for 38 years, and look forward to helping more clients in the River Valley of Northwest Arkansas maximize their business potential through technology,” said Datamax Arkansas Vice President of Sales David Holzhauer.
Bull’s Office Systems customers will benefit from an extended breadth of technology services. Datamax explained that the newly-expanded organisation will offer a complimentary array of multifunction copiers and printers, desktop printers, wide?format printers and digital production equipment. Coupled with document management/workflow solutions, managed print services, managed network services, IT consulting services, and unified communications, customers will enjoy the freedom to manage their business, not their technology, the company added.
Lester Bull opened the doors of Bull’s Office Systems over 38 years ago with the motto, “our business is taking care of your business.”
“Although business alignment is a major factor in such an acquisition, what we’re equally excited about is our cultural alignment. We believe culture trumps all,” said Datamax Inc. President Barry Simon. “We set the bar very high regarding the experiences of our customers, as well as the aspirations of our employees and the needs of our communities. Unless we’re Creating Raving Fans® of each of them, our job is simply not done.”
