DataMaster is under new management
October 6, 2020
The company said that with Paul-Jacques Moreau taking over DataMaster, a new chapter opens for Datamaster Lab and Printer-Benchmark.com.
DataMaster Lab is an independent test lab based near Rennes in France. Since 2009 it has been supporting manufacturers, marketing departments, sales teams and buyers all over the world. Services it offers are the DMO service, the BigOwl CRM, print audits and its training courses to help its clients to be stronger negotiators, and raise their skills levels.
DataMaster said: “With Paul-Jacques Moreau in charge, Datamaster will be more committed than ever to the future. His enthusiasm for the office and digital imaging markets, his background in sales training and his in-depth experience of the sector (acquired at Xerox and Koden) means the priority will be to change with the market and to drive new strategic choices, while preserving the DNA of the laboratory, and retaining both its expertise and its total independence from brand interference.”
The company said that by the end of 2020, the focus will be on widening what is made available to its customers: a 360-degree, customisable offering comprising tools for financing, training and coaching. Plus, on the technical side, there will be two new test labs: one focused on content and document management, the other dedicated to scanners.
DataMaster added: “Tests, comparisons and certifications will be on the agenda more than ever, thanks to teams that are increasingly involved, motivated and eager to model tools in line with the market. The deployment of new services internationally will also be a major new mission: a platform for financing equipment on a European scale, training made available worldwide, etc.”
