Data Direct launches LCD Sanitiser Station

Data Direct, a UK independent dealer-only distributor of printer and copier supplies, consumables, parts and workplace solutions, announced the launch of the LCD Sanitiser Station, a handsfree digital sanitiser with built-in digital screen.

Data Direct said it continues to be committed to providing in-demand and relevant solutions to help promote a safer workplace for its dealers and their customers. The new LCD Sanitiser Station is the latest addition to the company’s growing PPE & Hygiene Solutions and Homeworking Desks ranges.

The LCD Sanitiser Station is a slim wall-mounted or floor standing unit, ideal for all entrances. It combines a digital screen with an infra-red touch-free hand sanitising dispenser, enabling welcome messages or information to be displayed on the 22” screen for staff, visitors and customers to view when sanitising on arrival.

Engaging information or images can easily be updated remotely via the cloud. Usage reports, including sanitiser levels, can be alerted to a smartphone to aid device management.

Data Direct explained that the option of linking to Test & Trace ensures this innovative solution keeps everyone who enters a building both safe and informed, making the device suited to any workplace or public building.

Available for the unit is also sanitiser, proven to kill COVID-19, and other germs and viruses, which has a lemon fragrance and sits in a large 3 litre reservoir within the unit, thus capable of significant daily footfall.
