Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Copy Duplicating Systems, Inc., dba Connected Document Solutions and its owners Richard and Bonnie Reese on the sale of assets to Dataflow Business Systems, Inc.
Connected Document Solutions, headquartered in Sacramento, California, and founded in 1993, was owned and operated by Richard and Bonnie Reese.
Connected Document Solutions was an authorised Ricoh dealer and sold and serviced office equipment to customers throughout the greater Sacramento, California metropolitan market.
Dataflow Business Systems, headquartered in Salinas, California, is owned and operated by Oly Gomez.
Dataflow Business Systems is an authorised dealer of Kyocera and Ricoh’s full product lines of copiers, colour copiers and multi-function devices and products. Dataflow Business Systems provides digital document solutions to clients throughout the Salinas, Merced, Stockton, and Hanford – Visalia markets.
