Compass points to Vantage partnership
August 30, 2018
Sales opportunity software company Compass Sales Solutions has announced a new partnership with Vantage.
Vantage Online is described as “a new breed of service management and billing system, designed to meet the exacting needs of the MPS, Managed Service, and Office Technology markets,” according to MPS Connect. The partnership aims to “maximise workforce productivity, improve customer satisfaction, and minimise operational costs.”
Compass dealers who utilise the Vantage Online platform will have the ability to see real-time data regarding equipment information, lease expirations, contracts, and service histories, all in one centralised location.
Furthermore, the companies have announced that Compass will “easily integrate” with the Vantage Online programme to allow dealers to import new companies, identify machine upgrades, and execute a base management strategy.
Troy Casper, Compass Sales Solutions’ founder and President, said: “This strategic alliance brings together an alliance focused on enhancing operations for the independent dealer community. The automation of front-end workflow via Compass Sherpa and live, supported access to Vantage Online from prospect through fulfilment brings a whole new level to the sales game. A relationship like this offers another great solution for the entire imaging channel.”
“Compass Sherpa is a highly effective and industry-specific sales system that continues to develop innovative solutions, which is why we have chosen it as a partner,” added Vantage Managing Director Tony Milford. “They have an outstanding reputation and a proven track record of success! The Compass Product easily integrates with Vantage Online, giving our customers’ sales teams the essential tools they need to generate leads and close more deals.”
