Codex acquires office supplies business

The Dublin-based office furniture store has announced the acquisition of the office supplies business of Staples Advantage Ireland Ltd.
Codex has revealed that it has completed the acquisition of the Irish Office Supplies business of Staples Advantage Ireland Ltd.
The company said it is looking forward “to servicing this additional account base from the beginning of July.”
As part of the acquisition, Codex says it welcomes the Irish Staples team into the Codex family and looks forward to managing these new customers “which have both a strong local and global presence.”
