CMB goes into receivership

French remanufacturer CMB has been placed into receivership, it has been announced.

The company’s fate was decided by the Commercial Court of Saint-Etienne earlier this month.

CMB, which was a founder member of the French aftermarket association France Cartouche Reemploi (FCR), has been given two months for the declarations of receivables to be filed, and have been ordered to assist the debtor in all acts concerning the management. The procedure of bankruptcy has been opened, as of the 18th of April, with the period of observation fixed until the 17th of October.
