June 13, 2018
CIG’s Axess program, as part of three MPSA member companies, was honoured for Best MPS Innovation Award for 2018.
The Managed Print Services Association announced the winners of the 2018 Global MPSA MPS Leadership Awards at the 2018 ITEX Show in Las Vegas, NV on Wednesday 16 May 2018 at the MGM Conference Hall. Clover Imaging Group teamed with GreatAmerica Financial and Print Audit to earn the Best MPS Innovation Award for 2018.
“I am pleased to not only win the Best MPS Innovation Award for providing a seat-based billing (SBB) solution to the MPS industry, but to have won it with incredible partners like Print Audit and GreatAmerica Financial is truly an honour,” said Aldo Spensieri, the Senior Vice President of Axess Professional Services at Clover Imaging Group. Spensieri continued, “We strive to bring the most innovative solutions not just to innovate, but, most importantly, to help the industry be more successful and profitable.”
Axess Managed Print Services (MPS) from Clover Imaging Group joined forces with Print Audit and GreatAmerica Financial to develop a custom approach to SBB recognised by the MPSA. Created to make print-enabled devices more cost-effective, the SBB process offered by Axess allows users to operate with a fixed budget and unified billing. The SBB process also includes support, service, and related consumables built into the total cost.
The three-member companies were recognised not only for creating a unique process with their approach to seat-based billing, but for partnering together to develop an inventive solution.
“Partnering with Clover Imaging and Print Audit to create the first ever financing for a seat-based billing product is truly a holistic solution,” said Tawnya Stone, Vice President of Strategic Technology at GreatAmerica Financial services. Stone added,” Helping dealers evolve their business is something that has always been important to GreatAmerica, and this award highlights our commitment to them.”
“When I started building the model for SBB a long time ago, I knew that the only way for the program to take off was to build a supporting ecosystem consisting of thought leaders and partners,” said West McDonald, Vice President of Business Development at Print Audit. “Clover Imaging Group and GreatAmerica Financial services contributions to the model are a true testament to the power of collaboration to make ideas become a reality.”
