Clover Imaging Group (CIG) announced it is increasing its warranty on Dataproducts and freecolor brands.
In its brief announcement on its website it said that the warranty on the Dataproducts and freecolor brands will be increased from two to three years effective 1 October.
Commenting on the announcement, CIG said: “We are pleased to announce that we have increased our warranty from two years to three years on all Dataproducts and freecolor toner cartridges! We have made this change effective from 1 October as a result of the confidence we have in our products quality – a confidence born from a 99,5 percent proven product success rate.”
CIG added: “Give your customers even more assurance that you are delivering to them quality products that meet or exceed the performance of the OEM, but at a fraction of its cost and now with an extended warranty. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership!”
