Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Chaparral Business Machines and its owners Phil Cagliero, Ralph Reese, Jr. and Michael Munns on the sale of assets to Office1. 

Chaparral Business Machines, founded in 1973 and headquartered in Paso Robles California, with a branch office in San Luis Obispo, was owned and operated by Phil Cagliero, Ralph Reese, Jr. and Michael Munns. Chaparral was a full-line authorised Ricoh dealer and Samsung (now HP) dealer which provided office equipment and document solutions and services to customers located throughout San Luis Obispo County and the Northern Half of Santa Barbara County California.

Office1 is one of the largest, privately-owned office technology providers in the United States providing innovative IT solutions, including copiers and printers, document imaging, cloud security and managed IT to companies in California and Nevada. Office1 stated it seeks to innovate and modernise businesses through proactive, personalised and eco-friendly office technology solutions, beginning with planning and continuing through implementation and optimisation.

Mike Dudek commented that “this centralisation of business IT solutions into one company makes Office1 an industry leader in office technology.”
