CET Group has announced the establishment of its new subsidiary, CET Group Japan Inc., through which it will officially enter the business of pulverised toner manufacturing for printers and copiers.
The new Joetsu City-based division will officially begin manufacturing from the 1st of April next year, with the pulverised toner to be outsourced from Mitsubishi Chemical-High-Technica Corporation (MCHT).
Simultaneously, CET Group Japan’s R&D team will begin the development of new products in the country, with the completed product to be distributed worldwide.
Announcing the news, CET Group praised MCHT’s “very long history and experience in toner manufacturing”, and stated that it believes that CET Group Japan’s “experience in pulverised toner manufacturing to be gained in Joetsu City should provide a solid foundation for our whole group to confidently enter the new business of the toner manufacturing.”
“Under [the] high-quality manufacturing system of MCHT,” the company added, “CET Group will be able to even better provide high-quality products and services to customers around the globe.”
