CET joined forces with its Czech distributor Complet to organise a technical summit.
The event was held at the picturesque Sudopark resort in Slovenia and attracted 21 dealers from Slovenia and the Czech Republic.
Under the guidance of Robin Mowatt, the General Manager of CET’s AME branch, the event showcased CET’s latest advancements in technology. Mowatt highlighted several notable achievements, including the Double Layer Drum Cleaning Blades, Water foam Lower Fuser Rollers, OPC Drum, and CET’s extra-long life PU Paper Feed Rollers.
During the event, Mowatt presented a case study using the Kyocera M2040 machine as an example. He illustrated how the replacement of paper pickup rollers, toner cartridges, and drum units can significantly enhance performance and generate cost savings.
Complet’s Technical Manager demonstrated the refurbishment process of DK-1150 drums and FK-1150 fusers, conducting live tests with CET’s components. CET Group said: “The results showcased a remarkable improvement in print quality, solidifying CET’s reputation as a reliable and superior manufacturer.” Through face-to-face interactions and deeper collaboration, CET aims to strengthen relationships and drive sales in these regions.
Mowatt stated, “The positive feedback we have received during our market activities reinforces our confidence in promoting the CET brand. It validates our value proposition and our ability to address industry pain points. These market activities not only serve as technical exchanges but also provide opportunities to enhance customer communication and drive sales.”
