From school supplies to clothes to new technology, the list of back-to-school expenses seems to be endless – especially for educators. One of the major hidden expenses educators deal with every school year is high printing costs. To combat this strain placed on educators as they head back to school this fall, Cartridge World has announced the launch of its nation-wide Get Schooled contest.
Eligible educators can enter to win by clicking here and explaining why their school’s printing is inefficient. After careful deliberation, Cartridge World will choose one educator from anywhere across the United States and award them with the prize of a free printer specific to their school needs, as well as providing a year’s supply of ink or toner cartridges. Applicants can enter starting 6 – 31 August 2018.
The prize has an approximate value of $1,200 (€1,034), and there is no purchase necessary to enter.
“We rely heavily on our country’s educators every day to instill fundamental skills and knowledge in our children,” said Mark Pinner, CEO of Cartridge World North America. “That’s why Cartridge World decided to launch the ‘Get Schooled’ challenge. We wanted to find a way to say ‘thank you’ to an educator who does so much for our children, and help ease the hefty burden of supply spending they face every back-to-school season. We hope the winner’s new printer and ink can help make their classroom a more efficient place to learn and grow for everyone.”
