Cartridge Depot named finalists at SME Business Awards

The company announced that they have been successful in reaching the finals of the SME Luton & Bedfordshire Business Awards.
Cartridge Depot specialise in printer consumables including compatible, remanufactured and original ink and toner printer cartridges supplying to both business and domestic customers alike. Alongside this they also stock various paper types and printers.
Cartridge Depot began trading in March 2012 from a shop in Bedford’s Town Centre and have since increasingly offered their products range and services to the public, schools, charities and businesses in the local and surrounding areas of Bedford.
The company said that reaching the finals of the awards reflects the hard work they, their customers and the local community have put into helping a local independently run business grow and run successfully. The Cartridge Depot team said it looks forward to attending this year’s Bedfordshire Business awards ceremony which takes place on Monday the 9th November.
The company has been named finalists in two categories, the Green Award & Positive Impact Award. The ‘Green Award’ is in recognition of the recycling service they offer for empty printer cartridges, and ‘Positive Impact Award’ this is in recognition of how they have changed the services they offer to help out during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is wonderful to get some recognition for all the hard work and time running a business takes, especially in these unprecedented times we are all going through.
“This year has been hard for all of us and we have done our best to help as much as we can. It is hard to see when and if things are going to get back to normal, but one thing we can all take from this is that if we all work together and support each other we can achieve great things. Making the finals in one category is a feat in itself, but to make the finals in two categories in one year is overwhelming.
“We are really looking forward to the awards ceremony. It will be an evening of celebrating amongst many successful businesses across Bedfordshire. We would like to again thank all that have helped us reach this stage as it is a great achievement for us since we began trading just over eight years ago!”
