Canon reports on removed toner cartridge listings from e-commerce platforms in the first half of 2024.
Canon Inc. announced that it successfully removed certain product listings which offer third-party toner cartridges for use in a laser printer from multiple e-commerce platforms in the first half of 2024.
The following table summarizes from which e-commerce platform and with which patent Canon successfully removed the product listings.
The company said: “As in the past, in the event Canon firmly believes that third-party toner cartridges unlawfully use its patented inventions after detailed examination, Canon remains committed to enforcing its patent rights against such third-party toner cartridges.”
