Canon Inc. announced that the company has published the Canon Integrated Report 2025 and the Canon Sustainability Report 2025 on its corporate website.
Both reports are designed to help its stakeholders achieve a greater understanding of Canon.
The Integrated Report explains the company’s management plan, strategies for business in addition to strategies for finance, human resources, R&D, and intellectual property, and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance)-related information, which support the company’s business and management, and depicts initiatives for improving medium-to long-term value.
The 2025 edition also includes an expanded and enhanced CEO Message section in which Chairman and CEO Mitarai discusses the management of Canon, which continues to change with the times, the beliefs he holds as an executive, and the type of company Canon aspires to be.
The Sustainability Report provides information on Canon’s sustainability issues in a detailed and comprehensive manner. The 2025 edition features information on the organization and activities of the Sustainability Committee, which was established in 2024, in addition to analyses of Canon’s risks and opportunities associated with certain climate change issues using multiple scenarios, and specific examples of the environmental and social impact created through the company’s products, technologies, and solutions.
Going forward, Canon said it will continue to value communication with all of its stakeholders while striving to raise its corporate value through various business activities and proactively publishing related information.
