Canon Europe reveals new all-in-one A4 colour printer
April 15, 2019
Canon Europe has announced the launch of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C475, an all-in-one cartridge-based A4 colour printer.
According to the OEM, “The new device strengthens our award-winning third generation, 3rd edition portfolio with a high-speed colour offering. We are also announcing upgrades to the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 525, 615 and 715 which bolsters our existing cartridge proposition by delivering considerable improvements to productivity, usability and security. Completing our 3rd edition line up, these devices also benefit from the latest Unified Firmware Platform, uniFLOW Online Express and enhanced security credentials.”
These latest updates are an easy win if your business is looking to streamline its workflow and increase productivity, states Canon. For industries that typically deal with heavy workloads, such as law and finance, explains the OEM, you can accelerate your business with this high-performance portfolio – gaining the fast, quality colour print you’d expect from our existing A3 MFP range with a more compact footprint and smaller investment.
Canon says, “Working closely with our customers, we’re continually evolving the imageRUNNER ADVANCE platform to meet market needs and maximise uptime. The all-in-one cartridge system for these devices makes toner replacement quick, simple and waste-free thanks to an automatic winding mechanism. Users can also access a quick ‘how to’ video on the home screen for even further simplification.”
“Productivity is at the heart of everything we do,” explains Adam Poole, DS Marketing Director Canon UK Ltd. “We’ve been supplying all-in-one cartridge technology for decades, so we’re very proud of our newly strengthened award-winning 3rd edition portfolio which reduces downtime with smooth replacement of consumables. Our A4 colour imageRUNNER ADVANCE C475 combines the best of Canon’s advanced technology and quality printing every single time.”
The company continues, “The enhanced cloud connectivity, user experience and security features we introduced with the launch of the third generation, 3rd edition platform in February have also been incorporated into these latest devices, delivering a consistent, user-friendly and secure experience across our entire portfolio – even when working within a mixed fleet. Notable highlights include: Compatibility with third-party Security Information Event Management (SIEM) solutions, ensuring security is taken care of across your device network; The highly intuitive home user interface; and native uniFLOW Online Express for easy print, scan and track ability with built-in cloud connectivity.”
