Canon asks for more removals

The company requested removal of toner cartridge offered by Smart Gadget USA and TRIPLE BEST from Amazon.com and by Forlei from Amazon.ca.
Canon announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Smart Gadget USA for use in HP laser beam printers.
Canon’s infringement report alleged that certain model HP 130A toner cartridges sold by Smart Gadget USA via Amazon.com infringed Canon’s U.S. Patent No. 8,688,008. Canon requested that Amazon remove Smart Gadget USA’s listings for those products, namely, Smart Gadget USA’s listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (“ASINs”) B00NBDOJ1Y, B00NBDONTW, B00NBDOMDY, B00NBDOLGC, B00NBDOK9U and B00NBDOHR0.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified Smart Gadget USA listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
The company also announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by TRIPLE BEST for use in HP laser beam printers.
Canon’s infringement report alleged that certain model HP CF350A toner cartridges sold by TRIPLE BEST via Amazon.com infringed Canon’s U.S. Patent No. 8,688,008. Canon requested that Amazon remove TRIPLE BEST’s listings for those products, namely, TRIPLE BEST’s listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (“ASIN”) B07995CDGK and B07YN7P7DM.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified TRIPLE BEST listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
Canon also announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.ca seeking removal of an Amazon.ca listing for certain toner cartridges sold by Forlei.
Canon’s infringement report alleged that certain model CC530A, CC531A, CC532A and CC533A toner cartridges sold by Forlei via Amazon.ca infringed Canon’s Canadian Patent no. 2,635,791. Canon requested the removal of the corresponding listings for these products, having Amazon Standard Identification Numbers B074RZ2RYF and B074RZ3L4C.
At the time of this announcement, products sold under the above-identified listings were no longer available on Amazon.ca.
