Cannata Dinner to aid Children’s Cancer Institute

The Cannata Report, the intelligence resource for business technology and imaging solutions resellers, will host its Annual Awards & Charities Dinner on 8 November 2018.
The event will aid Tackle Kids Cancer, a philanthropic program benefitting the Children’s Cancer Institute at Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Centre. Returning as sponsors for the annual fundraiser being held again this year at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ, are Hytec Dealer Services and PSIGEN Software, Inc.
Heralded for serving as the inspiration behind the philanthropic spirit in the imaging industry, the Cannata Dinner has collectively raised over $2.2 million (€1.7 million) for a number of charities nationwide. This year marks the third year in a row in which proceeds from the event will benefit Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Centre, distinguished for both patient care and ground-breaking clinical research. To date, the Cannata Dinner has contributed over a half million dollars to Hackensack University Medical Centre.

Winners of The Cannata Report’s Annual Awards known as the Frank Awards recognise business leaders from the manufacturer, financing, and software and services segments of the imaging industry. The Cannata Report’s Annual Dealer Survey that provides in-depth analysis and trend data of the independent dealer channel determines the winners of the Frank Awards. This year, The Cannata Report will give a Lifetime Achievement Award to Tom Johnson, founder and former chairman and CEO of Global Imaging Systems. Johnson is widely recognised throughout the office equipment industry as a visionary for creating “the Johnson model,” a benchmarking model for acquiring and integrating businesses.
Immediately following The Cannata Report ‘s 33rd Annual Awards and Charities Dinner will be an official after party sponsored by MWA Intelligence. On Friday, November 9, The Cannata Report will celebrate its Women Influencers franchise exclusively presented by AMETEK ESP with the Third Annual Women Influencers Brunch honouring top female executives in the industry. Joining AMETEK ESP to sponsor the brunch this year are Supplies Network and Electronics for Imaging, Inc.
