Bureau Vallée opens another store

The COVID pandemic has not hindered the French office supplies company as it opens yet another store against a background of continuing growth.
Bureau Vallée continues to grow and strengthen its presence throughout France and has recently opened a new store in Audincourt and increasing its presence in the eastern region of France.
The new store opened its doors on the 16 December and is the 10th store in the region. It is located at 13 avenue de la révolution de 1789 and offers its customers, professionals and individuals, expert advice as well as a wide range of products from major brands at unbeatable prices.
Bureau Vallée works with Armor OWA, U-Print and Switch, actively collecting for reuse and recycling of toner and inkjet cartridges. For selected Canon and HP inkjet models the company pays customers between €1 ($1.17) and €4 ($4.69) for a used empty inkjet cartridge.
The company has not been impacted by the Covid-19 epidemic as the office supplies chain reported turnover of €480M ($588 million), up 10% on 2019 sales of €458M ($561 million) and opened 19 new stores, increasing the total sales area by ?10,000 m².
The company attributed the growth to the tripling of its e-commerce turnover to €20 million ($24.5 million) in 2020. The companies click & collect service was boosted by demand for teleworking and home schooling and now represents nearly 10% of the brand’s total turnover.
