Bureau Vallée doubles its store count in Belgium with the acquisition of Buro Market a brand specialising in the design and layout of offices and workspaces. The merger takes the number of Bureau Vallée stores in Belgium to 10.
The French based Bureau Vallée office and stationery supplies company continues to expand internationally and has recently announced the acquisition of Buro Market, a brand specialising in the design and layout of workspaces in Belgium. This merger takes the number of Bureau Vallée outlets in Belgium to count 10 stores.
Opened in 1980 Buro Market is a leading provider of office furniture, office chairs, office accessories, ergonomic solutions and acoustic products. In recent years they have developed a strong footprint in providing solutions to enable where and when we work. Flex work, satellite agencies, home working, desk sharing, and creating an environment where staff and entrepreneurs feel more at home when at work.
Bruno Market stores are located in Antwerp, Ghent, Brussels, Leeuw-Saint-Pierre and Liège and will coexist within the Bureau Vallée stores allowing customers to carry out projects for professional spaces while providing stationery.
Speaking to L’Officiel de la Franchise, Bruno Peyroles, president and founder of Bureau Valley said (translated) “The existing points of sale will allow us to deploy all our know-how in the distribution of office supplies as well as in business services such as copy-center and printing works. We are thus doubling our presence in number of points of sale on Belgian territory while benefiting from the establishment of the brand in Flanders and Brussels where we were not yet present.
The store rebranding to the Bureau Vallée concept should open in April 2020, starting with Brussels and rollout throughout 2020. “We will keep the name Buro Market within the points of sale and of course all its talent which we are happy to welcome within the group”, adds Bruno Peyroles.
