Brother introduced the newest model in its INKvestment tank lineup, the MFC-J805DW all-in-one-inkjet printer priced at $159.99 (€141.94).
Brother’s latest INKvestment Tank model allows small and home office users to invest in quality, long-lasting equipment, says the OEM.
Brother is offering these printers with up to one year of ink included for this price.
With the new INKvestment Tank MFC-J805DW, the OEM says it “offers greater value at a very affordable price, providing customers with the confidence that this is a long-lasting printer that they won’t want to replace.”
“Our research shows that people hate replacing ink so much that they are actually throwing their printers out rather than dealing with the hassle,” said Phil Lubell, Vice President, SOHO/Consumer Product and Brand Marketing, Brother. “With that in mind, we’re adding a low-cost printer to our INKvestment tank lineup with the same great features our customers expect, including up to a full year’s worth of ink right in the box.”
Features include Brother’s INKvestment tank system, intelligent page gauge, the printer comes equipped with versatile connection options, with either built-in wireless connectivity, or connect locally to a computer via USB, and mobile printing and scanning. It comes with two paper tray options, users can use the up to 20-sheet automatic document feeder, bypass tray or 150-sheet capacity paper tray that adjusts for letter or legal-size paper. The printer also features automatic duplex printing and each printer comes equipped with a 2-year limited warranty.
Lubell continued, “The foundation of Brother printers starts with quality products that add real value to small business or home office customers and shouldn’t end up in the trash after a few months of printing. By helping to eliminate the worries that their equipment won’t work properly or constantly replacing their ink, small business and home office customers can focus on what matters to them and stop worrying about their printer.”
