Brother UK celebrates new award in historic milestone

Brother UK is celebrating being awarded ‘Best Printer Manufacturer’ for a historic 11th consecutive year by PC Pro magazine, as voted for by its readers.
The annual PC Pro Excellence Awards is the UK’s longest-running awards for customer satisfaction in tech, with thousands of readers voting for ‘Best Printer Manufacturer’. Products and services released in the last 12 months are judged on the results of a three-month survey that asks PC Pro readers to rate them on a range of criteria, from quality and reliability to customer support and running costs.
This year, Brother UK received a high print reliability score of 91%, with ratings remaining strong for quality (90%), value of products and running costs (89%) and customer support (81%).
