Brother launched a subscription MPS service aimed at small businesses.
Brother announced its Managed Print Service (MPS) concepts called PRINT Smart. The company advertises “With Brother MPS you lease printers that organise themselves.”
Either the printers order consumables fully automatically and as needed, or users have the option of ordering via the PRINT Smart customer portal. This allows users to optimise the control, security, efficiency and sustainability in their company.
Aimed at small business, Brother is offering page specific billing, no fleet management software requirements and its new MPS contracts are available starting from one device.
The PRINT Smart concepts are Brother 0% leasing or Easy Print Pro. Under the Brother leasing option users pay per page and lease the hardware, the Easy Pro option means upfront purchase of a device and only paying per printed page. Consumables are included in the packages.
