Biuromax embraces home working

The Polish supplier has announced that it remains at its customer’s disposal and works (almost) as usual.
The Biuromax team has currently switched, as far as it is possible, to remote work. The plan is currently to keep this way of working for about two weeks. Communication within the team remains the same and ensures that projects are carried out as normal.
All staff is reachable by email and phone or through Biuromax’s general email export@biuromax.com.pl for any customer enquiries. Also available as normal is Biuromax’s online shop so customers can continue to place orders direct (shop.biuromax.com.pl).
The company said: “Our warehouse is stocked. The products remain in stock and we do our best to send the parcels in the shortest time that is currently possible (while maintaining the precautions required due to the state of epidemic). However, because of the border closure, there can be some temporary delays in shipments – all information on this subject is provided on an ongoing basis.”
For protection, personal collection of orders has been suspended until further notice.
“We wish you to remain healthy and we really hope that everything will return to normal soon,” Biuromax added.
