Big ideas, real talk, one unmissable event

The Recycler Live heads to Tallinn for three days of insight, interaction and industry celebration.

Final preparations are underway for The Recycler Live, taking place from 13–15 May in Tallinn — and this year’s programme promises to focus more than ever on what’s next for imaging and remanufacturing.

The expanded three-day format builds to a strong centrepiece on Wednesday 14 May: a full-day conference featuring expert speakers, sharp market analysis, and headline sessions from two leading OEMs — Ricoh and Brother — who will share their latest insights and perspectives.

The programme will also include sustainability strategists, compliance specialists and business leaders tackling the realities of doing business in a sector under pressure — and what purposeful print really means in the years ahead.

That evening, the conversation continues over drinks at the networking dinner, followed by The Recycler Awards — a celebration of excellence and innovation in the sector, with a few surprises thrown in.

On Thursday 15 May, it’s all about business: Trade Day offers a new way to connect, with a growing group of Trade Day supporters already confirmed and more joining each week. Expect a mix of tabletop presentations and one-to-one meetings designed to turn conversations into contracts.

We get things underway the day before, on Tuesday 13 May, with the optional Recycler Live Golf Tournament — generously sponsored this year by Zhono. It’s a relaxed and informal start to what promises to be a packed and purposeful three days.

This year’s event is supported by a strong group of sponsors, with Biuromax and Static Control Components confirmed as co-sponsors of The Recycler Live.

“This year, we wanted to shake things up,” said Stefanie Unland, Editor and Publisher of The Recycler. “It’s not just about listening — it’s about connecting. We’ve built a programme that brings people together to learn, to challenge each other, and to do business. And of course, to celebrate the people moving this industry forward.”

If you haven’t booked your place yet, now’s the time. The Recycler Live is more than a date in the diary — it’s where the industry comes together to get real, get smart and get moving.
