Barrister awarded large BPO contract

Barrister Global Services Network, Inc., the woman-owned technology services provider, was awarded a significant contract with BPO to support a large service company to manage both phone and field services.

Barrister will be providing a full technical support solution for the client’s end users. Calls will be answered 24/7.

Barrister will provide level one, two and three technical support. The company’s best-in-class systems, coupled with W2 labour and managed by around the Sun service command centres, Barrister will provide “best-of-breed” support.
